Sid and Leigh are fabulous people. He looks at her with so much love and wasn’t shy to show his affection for her. She is always laughing at him (a good thing for sure) and you can tell her just makes her feel so beautiful and loved. I know their wedding is going to be magic and I am so looking forward to watching them say “I do” this fall.
In their own words…
How did you feel about your session with Kerri?
We loved working with Kerri. Both of us are not very comfortable in front of a camera, but she made it so easy to feel relaxed and at ease. We had such a great time at this session, can’t wait to see what she does on our wedding day!
Tips or advice for other couples getting engagement pictures taken?
Dress to impress, but make sure you are comfortable! It is always important to look your best for any professional photo, but it is easier to relax and have fun if you feel good in what you are wearing. Remember, the point of engagement photos is to have fun with your future husband/wife, and to show how comfortable you are with each other, but you need to be yourselves. Also, ladies, wear a pair of heels… just don’t walk across a large field in them. (Lesson learned for next time!)
What does your perfect Saturday look like?
The perfect Saturday is where we have nothing planned or scheduled. Usually on a day like this we’ll sleep in for a while, and then wake up to breakfast and catch up on a few TV episodes. We also love having friends over later in the day so we can hang out and play a few board games.
One thing you love about him?
How he makes me feel special and loved every single day.
One thing you love about her?
I love her sense of humor, and watching her get excited and dreamy-eyed over things she loves.
Most anticipated moment of your upcoming wedding?
Every moment! We are looking forward to the entire day, and everything it brings. Though we are really looking forward to when we get to see each other for the first time just before the ceremony begins, and the three “F’s” (Food, Family and Friends!).
